The counter location is inside airport building and there are clear signs directing us to the counter. The staffs at the counter are fluent in English and it took us no more than 10 minutes to process the order. The staffs at the pick-up and return points are helpful and effecient in handling.
The app is easy for comparison and choose the right package. There are reminders from time to time for critical issues.
Driving is the best way to visit small towns and cities in Spain, only that not too easy to find free parking in town centre.
