車(chē)行極力推銷(xiāo)報(bào)銷(xiāo)，出示了租租車(chē)的保險(xiǎn)證明，對(duì)方也不是很高興的樣子。車(chē)行主動(dòng)提出車(chē)型升級(jí)服務(wù)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)確認(rèn)為免費(fèi)升級(jí)，退車(chē)后收了兩千多的升級(jí)費(fèi)，目前正在溝通處理中?？傊?，車(chē)行的合同都是西文的，一定要對(duì)收費(fèi)的項(xiàng)目詳細(xì)溝通。

這次租的Europcar整體服務(wù)還可以，取車(chē)門(mén)店沒(méi)有排隊(duì)，流程快捷，合同也提前標(biāo)注了全部已有剮蹭瑕疵處；還車(chē)后一天就退還了全部押金，好評(píng)。
