對(duì)Europcar的評(píng)價(jià)：
工作人員服務(wù)不錯(cuò)的，就是提供的車(chē)況不太好，拿到的車(chē)堪稱(chēng)租車(chē)過(guò)這么多次車(chē)以來(lái)拿到最不好的車(chē)況，車(chē)身前后左右各都有大大小小的劃痕，后備箱尾門(mén)有一巨大的縫隙不過(guò)這也有可能是特斯拉原廠就這做工。拿車(chē)的地方在機(jī)場(chǎng)的室內(nèi)車(chē)庫(kù)，一開(kāi)始沒(méi)看到擋風(fēng)玻璃有個(gè)被石子崩的點(diǎn)，出了地庫(kù)開(kāi)路上才注意到。打開(kāi)車(chē)門(mén)室內(nèi)磨損還OK也是干凈的，4萬(wàn)9的總行駛里程，但是內(nèi)部一股咖喱味，懷疑上一個(gè)租客在車(chē)內(nèi)吃咖喱了。

千萬(wàn)不要用Europecar 的巴黎或者法國(guó)租車(chē)公司，提車(chē)時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)輪轂和輪胎有傷，卻被告知沒(méi)關(guān)系，告訴你留存好照片即可，可還車(chē)后卻來(lái)扣款近百歐，把當(dāng)時(shí)的照片發(fā)給他們也沒(méi)用，蠻橫無(wú)理，不講信譽(yù)。希望其他人別再做大冤種

2. 車(chē)況差
3. 救援不及時(shí)
4. 救援人員騙人，拖延5小時(shí)
5. 救援電話(huà)很難打通
6. 造成損失沒(méi)有售后解決
On 21 Nov morning, my car break down.
The charging plug can not be pulled out.
The car can not be started.
I wait around 3 hours to get someone help.
The car only worked 2 hours and the same problems happened agin on around 16:49.
The emergency workers told 45 minutes to come, then delay another 30 minutes, then delay 30 minutes. The tracing web shows he?arrived, but he did not.
He lied to assistance he come and can not solve, but he did not.
After many pushings, each time he inform will come soon but delayed again. Till around 22:20 he arrive but can not solve.
I missed the meeting with customers and he is not happy at all. It cause big loss in business.
